DC-10 CLEAR GLAZE AND DW-11 WHITE are LEAD FREE and formulated especially for dipping. For best results, stir the glaze well before use. If it is too thick, add some water very cautiously until it has a dipping consistency. Excessive amounts of water will lead to settling of the heavy particles into a hard mass in the bottom which becomes difficult to redisperse.

DC-10, Gallon (39303D)...$35.69         DC-10, 5 Gallon Bucket (39304E)...$175.00         DW-11, Gallon (35601A)...$35.69         DW-11, 5 Gallon Bucket (35602B)...$166.69         Dip the Cone 04 (1971°F, 1077°C) bisque fired piece into the glaze, lift it out and turn it over, allowing the excess glaze to pour out. These glazes will stop running as soon as the piece is lifted out of the glaze bucket. Application is uniform and there is no waiting for it to drip or dry. For DC-10, this technique is ideal to use over all Amaco Decorating Colors (LUG, Velvets, DV, V-1-S, the one step GDC plus Clear on bisque method), pencils, crayons, and pan sets. For DW-11, dip to coat the bisque piece with White glaze and design with the GDC series to produce majolica. Make sure the piece is bisque fired before you dip it into the glaze. fire to mature Cone 05 (1911°F, 1044°C).
