The versatility of the AMACO Banding Wheel/Sculpture Turntable makes it a very important tool in colleges, schools and studios. Its features also offer many advantages to both the design potter and sculptor. It may be used as a banding wheel, but also is sturdy enough to be used as a turntable for modeling and sculpting.
The stand is formed from 1" diameter steel tubing, enameled green and is shaped and formed for strength and rigidity. The 12" diameter aluminum head is marked with concentric circles. Working height ranges from 29" to 45" and enables the artist to adjust stand for sitting or standing depending upon size and type of project.
